Position Summary
This position is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of experience who are looking to deepen their technical expertise and take on increasing responsibility in structural design and project coordination. The Project Engineer will contribute to a variety of projects, including:

Key Responsibilities
- Support structural design and analysis for new construction and renovation projects.
- Assist in preparing construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and consultants to develop coordinated design solutions.
- Participate in site visits and provide construction administration support.
- Contribute to internal design reviews and quality control processes.
- Continue developing knowledge of building codes, materials, and structural systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; PE track preferred.
- 2-4 years of structural engineering experience in building design.
- Familiarity with structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, RISA, Revit).
- Working knowledge of building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC).
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest or experience in mission critical, healthcare, or seismic retrofit projects is a plus.
