Join a global leader in water treatment solutions specializing in desalination, water reuse, and industrial water treatment. We're seeking a dynamic Solutions Manager to lead the full sales lifecycle-from initial engagement to contract closure-on complex water and wastewater projects, with a focus on the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical and commercial proposal development in response to customer specifications
Collaborate closely with process, engineering, legal, finance, and executive teams
Manage the full project cycle: technical design, costing, negotiation, and contract finalization
Participate in marketing and business development activities
Interface with clients across cultures and time zones
Qualifications:
BS in Mechanical, Chemical, or Biotechnology Engineering (MBA is a plus)
5+ years of experience in:
Semiconductor industry (preferred)
Water/infrastructure project management
Process design for water/wastewater systems
International sales and tender responses
Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex bids
Full professional proficiency in English
Willingness to travel frequently
