  • Supervise and mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
  • Ensure coordinated, code-compliant designs across all disciplines.
  • Prepare and review electrical drawings, specifications, and engineering studies.
  • Support construction phase services, including site surveys and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budget monitoring.
  • Attend and contribute to internal and client meetings.
  • Maintain compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering, with the ability to obtain licensure in all six New England states within six months.
  • Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, including 3-5 years in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems for large public facilities.
  • Familiarity with national and state electrical codes, NFPA Life Safety Code, and applicable building codes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of related disciplines such as mechanical, fire protection, and special systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to pass background checks for secure work environments (e.g., state police, TSA).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer who is looking to take on a leadership role in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. The firm values innovation, technical excellence, and a commitment to delivering intelligent infrastructure solutions that support long-term client success.
