This is a unique opportunity to apply your investigative skills to some of the most complex and critical infrastructure challenges - particularly in the realm of parking structures and concrete facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead forensic investigations into structural failures, deterioration, and performance issues in parking garages and similar concrete structures.
  • Perform on-site assessments using advanced diagnostic tools, including NDT, corrosion mapping, and structural health monitoring systems.
  • Analyze construction documents, design drawings, and historical data to identify causation and liability.
  • Prepare detailed forensic reports, including repair recommendations and expert-level technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, legal professionals, and facility owners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (PE license preferred).
  • 3-7 years of experience in forensic engineering, structural diagnostics, or concrete infrastructure assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete behavior, deterioration mechanisms, and repair methodologies.
  • Proficiency in field investigation techniques and structural analysis software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical reporting.
