The Role
The Structural Engineer will support the design and delivery of building projects, working alongside experienced engineers and architects to develop creative, efficient structural solutions. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to grow technically while contributing to impactful work.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in structural analysis and design for educational and athletic facilities
* Prepare construction documents and coordinate with architectural and MEP teams
* Participate in design reviews and internal QA processes
* Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration

Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* 0-4 years of experience in structural engineering
* EIT certification or on track preferred
* Familiarity with structural analysis software (e.g., RAM, RISA, Revit)
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
