Location: Columbus, OH and Cleveland, OH (multiple open positions)
Role Overview
Lead the engineering delivery in a 100% employee owned firm for major water and wastewater projects, including treatment facilities, conveyance systems, and sustainability‑focused upgrades. Oversee multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with project managers and clients, and ensure technical excellence across all phases of project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct engineering design and technical deliverables for multiple projects
- Manage scope, schedule, quality, and budget for assigned work
- Guide and mentor engineering staff
- Coordinate across disciplines and serve as engineering lead for project execution
- Support client communication and proposal activities
- Provide technical direction on complex treatment and conveyance projects
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Water/wastewater consulting experience
- Experience with WTP/WWTP upgrades or expansions
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to complete standard pre‑employment screenings
Work Environment
