Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience with a strong focus on land development
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing client relationships
- Strong background in site development, grading, stormwater, and permitting
- Experience with Civil 3D and related design software
- Business development, account management, or revenue growth experience highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic and business-minded approach to project delivery and team management
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of an existing book of business and continue growing client accounts
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers
- Oversee residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and site development projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, and project performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
- Drive business development efforts and identify new growth opportunities
- Ensure technical quality, project profitability, and successful project delivery
- Help shape the strategic direction of the land development practice
