My client, a leading civil engineering consultancy in the Midwest, is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in stormwater and water resources to join their Indianapolis office. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, respectful, and forward-thinking environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead design and delivery of municipal stormwater, and water projects.
- Guide clients through project scope, budget impacts, and technical decisions.
- Prepare engineering reports, bidding documents, and oversee construction phases.
- Supervise and mentor technical teams, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with funding agencies and regulatory bodies for permitting and approvals.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in stormwater-focused civil engineering.
- PE license in Indiana (or ability to obtain via reciprocity).
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with sewer system modeling, floodplain permitting, and environmental approvals is a plus.
