Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination efforts for mechanical systems across multiple projects.
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and implementation of BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and other industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accurate and timely model updates.
- Facilitate clash detection and resolution meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across the organization.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on BIM tools and processes.
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Oversee the transition of models from design through fabrication to construction.
- Support preconstruction and estimating teams with model-based quantity takeoffs and visualizations.
Technical Expertise
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
- Familiarity with fabrication workflows and coordination with VDC teams.
- Experience with point cloud data, laser scanning, and reality capture is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and 4D/5D modeling is desirable.

- Prior experience with a mechanical contractor or MEP coordination is highly preferred.
- Certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional or CM-BIM are a plus.
