Key Responsibilities

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with national operations, engineering, and service teams to deliver consistent, high-quality execution across all U.S. markets.

- Project Oversight: Oversee project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to U.S. industry standards, OSHA regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
- Technology & Innovation: Leverage data analytics, automation, and smart technologies to optimize operations and enable predictive maintenance.

What You Bring
- Industry Expertise: Proven track record in operational leadership within install & service businesses, particularly in Building Automation, HVAC-R, or Fire Suppression.
- Leadership Experience: 20+ years managing senior teams, with recent leadership roles in U.S.-based operations.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of smart building technologies, IoT integration, and energy management systems.
- Strategic Execution: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically across complex, multi-site operations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience in leading operations, service, systems, and technology teams.
- Innovation Driver: Demonstrated success in driving innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through digital transformation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in implementing best practices, new technologies, and leveraging analytics for continuous improvement.
