Building Automation Estimator - Remote | $200K+ OTE
A growing building automation contractor is looking to hire an experienced BAS Estimator into a business-critical role. This can be a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership on high-value projects while supporting continued expansion across multiple sectors.
Headquartered in Pennsylvania, the company is scaling vertically, horizontally, and geographically, with a strong and growing presence across:

The Role:
* Full responsibility for BAS / controls estimating
* Working directly with senior leadership on key bids
* Supporting a strong and expanding project pipeline
Compensation:
* Base salary: $100K - $150K
* Commission: $50K - $100K
* OTE: $200K+
