ABOUT THE ROLE
As our presence in the Texas region continues to grow, we're looking for a strategic and dynamic Business Development Specialist to help guide and implement growth initiatives. This role is perfect for a collaborative communicator who enjoys cultivating meaningful relationships and driving business success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with regional leadership and marketing teams to promote firm strengths and secure new business opportunities.
- Represent the firm at client, industry, and community events to generate leads and enhance visibility.
- Maintain and report on a pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
- Align business development strategies with broader firm goals.
- Support brand awareness efforts and regional marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate internal resources throughout the business development process.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-12 years of experience in business development, preferably within the AEC industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
