Civil Office Manager

A leading national engineering consultancy has teamed up with LVI Associates to hire a Senior Civil Engineer to oversee operations at their growing St Louis office. This strategic hire comes in response to a surge in project demand and client expansion across the midwest.

In this dual-role position, the successful candidate will serve as both the technical lead and office director, playing a key role in project delivery and team leadership. Applicants must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Kansas and Missouri and bring at least a decade of industry experience.

The firm operates as a multidisciplinary consultancy, currently engaged in a wide range of projects including commercial and industrial developments, residential (both multi-family and single-family), and public infrastructure initiatives for local municipalities. The role will involve supporting projects through all stages-from initial planning and permitting to final construction.

Key qualifications and responsibilities include:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic/hydrologic modeling tools
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal permitting processes
  • Experience designing civil infrastructure such as sanitary and storm sewer systems, stormwater BMPs, roadways, and parking facilities
  • Ability to lead and coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, and technical staff
  • Preparation of stormwater management reports and other technical documentation
