Civil Project Manager
A national civil engineering firm is seeking a civil Project Manager to join their Salt Lake City office.

About the Role
In the Project Manager position, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team on significant and meaningful projects in the Utah region. You will supervise engineering designers, manage project schedules and budgets, and prepare contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work. Your role will involve significant client and public-agency interactions, ensuring strong and positive working relationships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project execution with our team of engineers, planners and surveyors, along with other external stakeholders.
Lead design and manage land development projects in the Utah region. - Coordinate project execution with our team of engineers, planners and surveyors along with other in-house service groups.
- Provide mentorship of younger staff.
- Perform peer reviews for quality control.
- Develop project scopes, schedules and budgets and prepare contracts.
- Collaborate with clients, sub-consultants, contractors and others as required to complete projects.
- Utah Professional Engineer license required to apply (or ability to obtain within two months of starting).
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of project management and design experience in land development projects.
- Knowledge working with AutoCAD/Civil 3D is required.
- Experience in design, project management, client care, and business development.
