Role Overview
We are recruiting Associates and Senior Associates to support the delivery of sustainability and climate advisory engagements. The ideal candidate will bring 1-5 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in climate and ESG topics, combined with a proactive and positive attitude towards working in a dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support advisory projects across sustainability, climate strategy, ESG reporting, and decarbonisation.
- Assist in preparing disclosures aligned with frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, TCFD, and GHG Protocol.
- Conduct research, industry benchmarking, and sustainability data analysis.
- Contribute to GHG emissions calculations, carbon footprint assessments, and climate-related analysis.
- Support ESG due diligence and sustainability assessments for transactions.
- Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated advisory solutions.
- Contribute to internal methodologies, knowledge resources, and capability-building initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, climate change, environmental consulting, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good attitude, strong teamwork skills, and willingness to learn are essential.
- Degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, business, policy, or related disciplines (preferred).
- Experience with sustainability reporting or climate analytics is advantageous.
