Build and lead a civil engineering team from the ground up

Oversee delivery of infrastructure projects
Represent the firm at industry and client meetings
🎓 Ideal Background:
PE in Kentucky (or eligible)
10+ years of civil engineering experience
Proven track record in leadership and client development
Skilled in managing projects, teams, and proposals
