Distech Programmer
Location: Dallas, TX (On-site or Hybrid options available)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Distech Programmer to join our Building Automation team in Dallas. This role involves programming, configuring, and commissioning Building Automation Systems (BAS) with a focus on Distech Controls. You will work on commercial and institutional projects, optimizing energy usage and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and integrate BAS controllers (Distech, Tridium Niagara, etc.)
- Develop and troubleshoot control sequences and system graphics
- Configure and manage communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON)
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure successful execution
- Maintain accurate documentation and redline control drawings
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in BAS programming, preferably with Distech Controls
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and electrical schematics
- Proficiency in Tridium Niagara N4 and Distech software platforms
- Experience with networking and automation protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Niagara Certification and other relevant industry certifications preferred
