What You'll Do :
- Own the design of advanced electrical systems powering mission‑critical facilities.
- Create sharp, precise engineering documents-drawings, specs, calculations-that set the bar for technical excellence.
- Lead power distribution, grounding, short‑circuit, arc‑flash, and coordination studies with confidence and authority.
- Collaborate with top‑tier mechanical, architectural, and technology teams to deliver integrated, future‑ready solutions.
- Guide and inspire junior engineers, elevating the entire team's technical output.
- Review designs with a keen eye for performance, safety, reliability, and code compliance.
- Drive project schedules, budgets, and client expectations with clarity and poise.
- Get hands‑on in the field-conducting site reviews, supporting construction, and ensuring flawless system commissioning.
- Troubleshoot complex issues with creativity and calm under pressure.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships that position you as a trusted technical partner.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's a bonus).
- PE license strongly preferred.
- 8+ years designing electrical systems for mission‑critical, healthcare, data center, or commercial projects.
- Fluency with industry design and analysis tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, ETAP, etc.).
- Deep understanding of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and leading electrical standards.
- A leader's mindset: confident, collaborative, proactive, and unafraid to take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and client‑facing.
- A passion for solving complex problems and delivering exceptional results.
