The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee complex industrial projects valued at $50M+. You'll play a pivotal role in managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between field operations, preconstruction, and estimating teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical scopes on large industrial construction projects
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to develop accurate bids and proposals
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company with professionalism
- Drive project delivery from concept to completion
Requirements
Proven experience managing industrial construction projects over $50M
Strong electrical construction background
Experience in preconstruction and/or electrical estimating
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
