Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10-13 years of experience in electrical design and project management for commercial or institutional buildings.
- Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept through construction.
- Deep knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems (fire alarm, telecom, security).
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- PE license required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of electrical systems for complex building projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination across disciplines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors.
- Ensure technical excellence, code compliance, and quality assurance throughout all project phases.
- Mentor and support the development of junior engineers and designers.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, process improvements, and firm-wide knowledge sharing.
