Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10-13 years of experience in electrical design and project management for commercial or institutional buildings.
  • Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept through construction.
  • Deep knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems (fire alarm, telecom, security).
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • PE license required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of electrical systems for complex building projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination across disciplines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors.
  • Ensure technical excellence, code compliance, and quality assurance throughout all project phases.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior engineers and designers.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, process improvements, and firm-wide knowledge sharing.
