Responsibilities:
- Develop and support monitoring-based commissioning programs for new and existing client projects.
- Utilize SkySpark and other analytics tools to support commissioning, retro-commissioning, and ongoing building optimization initiatives.
- Review controls designs, network architecture, and sequences of operation to improve system performance and analytical outcomes.
- Coordinate system integration efforts with controls contractors, facility teams, and IT stakeholders.
- Manage ongoing commissioning activities, including client meetings, analytics reviews, issue tracking, and performance recommendations.
- Support energy audits, retro-commissioning studies, and facility optimization efforts across a variety of building types.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS), systems integration, software development, data analytics, or building energy services.
- Familiarity with SkySpark Analytics and fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) platforms.
- Understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls systems, and IT/OT networking.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% throughout the U.S. with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
