Position: Facility Manager

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee critical operations for a new data centre campus. This role covers both construction-phase engineering support and post-launch operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage critical M&E systems (electrical, mechanical, fire safety) to ensure 100% uptime.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and defect management during construction.
  • Lead day-to-day operations, incident management, and compliance with SLAs.
  • Implement change control processes and maintain SOPs/EOPs.
  • Drive preventive maintenance and capital planning.
  • Lead and develop engineering teams; ensure vendor compliance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8-12 years in facilities management or mission-critical environments (data centres preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with HT electrical systems, UPS, generators, ACMV/CRAC, and fire protection.
  • Relevant certifications in facilities management or data centre operations are a plus.
