Project Overview:
You will lead a critical project in the renewal of drinking water supply pipelines. This project has an annual budget of 14B JPY and is essential for improving the infrastructure of water supply systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the drinking water pipeline renewal project
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely project execution and adherence to budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, the Project Director, and CEO.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standards for water and sewage systems.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of professionals to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage risk, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful completion.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the water, sewage, or piping industries.
- Industry-specific licenses (such as piping or water/sanitation-related certifications) are highly preferred.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, especially in the drinking water sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese; English is not required for this role.
- Ability to navigate and lead in a fast-paced, challenging project environment.
