職務概要 - HSSEアドバイザー(日本)

HSSEアドバイザーは、当社における健康(Health)、安全(Safety)、セキュリティ(Security)、環境(Environmental)に関するすべての事項をサポートする役割を担います。

本ポジションの目的は、特に船舶およびSEPに関して、安全および環境保護のためのプロセスとシステムをFugroのグローバル基準に沿って実装することです。現在、Fugro JapanではHSE(Health, Safety & Environment)機能の構築を進めており、その中で本役割は非常に重要となります。また、ISO認証取得に向けて取り組んでおり、認証取得後は、基準を維持するためのコンプライアンス管理および継続的改善を主導することが期待されます。

職務内容

1. オペレーション

  • 日本および関連プロジェクトサイトにおけるすべてのHSSE事項について指示に基づき対応する。
  • プロジェクト現場において応急処置ならびに初期救急医療を提供する。
  • HSSE関連の各種イニシアチブ、計画、キャンペーンを推進・主導する。
  • クライアントおよび社内関連部署とHSSEに関する連携を行う。
  • プロジェクト関連のHSSEリスクアセスメント、計画、手順書を作成する。
  • 従業員のHSSE意識向上を促進する。
  • HSSEに関する不足点を管理層へ助言し、改善計画の策定をサポートする。
  • 事故調査および報告を実施する。
  • 管理会議、HSSE会議、プロジェクト会議に参加する。
  • クライアントやその他契約上のHSSE要件を確認し、管理層へ助言する。
  • 社内HSSE監査の実施および外部監査への参加。
  • 現場視察の実施。
  • 日本の関連法規、会社のマネジメントシステム、クライアント要求事項の遵守を確保するため、社内外の関係者と協力して対応する。

応募要件

必須要件

  • 日本語および英語での優れた対人能力とコミュニケーション能力(口頭・文書)。
  • 現地法令に基づきHSSEアドバイザーとしての資格要件を満たしていること。
  • 3年以上の関連実務経験。
  • 日本での就労許可を有すること。

歓迎要件(Desirable)

  • 救急救命士、救急医療技師、オフショアメディック、救急外来看護師などの職務経験。
  • 品質管理、安全衛生管理、環境管理、リスク管理、またはオフショア/ニアショア/海底関連分野の資格。
  • オフショア/ニアショアのサーベイ環境に関する知識。

Job Summary - HSSE Advisor Japan


The HSSE Advisor supports the Company on all Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) related matters.
The purpose of this role is to implement processes and systems for safety and environmental protection, particularly concerning vessels and SEP. This is especially important as the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) function is being established. Additionally, we are currently working towards obtaining ISO certification, and once we are certified this role is expected to maintain compliance and continuous improvement to ensure we keep the standards.

Reports to: QHSSE Manager NEA Job

Responsibilities

* Act as directed on all HSSE matters in Japan and associated project locations.

* Provide first aid and acute pre-hospital care to project locations

* Champion all HSSE related initiatives, plans, and campaigns.

* Liaise with client and / or internal departments regarding HSSE matters.

* Develop project related HSSE risk assessment, plans and procedures.

* Improve workforce HSSE awareness.

* Advise management of any HSSE deficiencies and assist with improvement plans.

* Perform incident investigation and reporting.

* Participate in management, HSSE, and project meetings.

* Review and advise management on client and other contractual HSSE requirements.

* Perform internal HSSE audits and participate in external audits.

* Site inspections

* Working with and supporting internal and external customers on all HSSE matters to enable compliance with Japan's legislation, Company management systems, and client requirements.

Job Requirements

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including spoken and written Japanese and English language.

* Eligible to act in the HSSE Advisor role according to local legislation.

* More than 3 years of professional experience directly related to the role

* Hold a work permit in Japan

(Desirable)

* Previous working experience as a Paramedic, or Emergency Medical Technician, or Offshore Medic, or Nurse in an Emergency Department setting.

* Qualification in Quality Management, Health and Safety Management, or Environmental Management, or Risk Management, or related Offshore / Nearshore / Subsea discipline.

* Working knowledge of Offshore / Nearshore survey environment
