Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented HVAC Commercial Maintenance Sales Executive to expand our footprint in the commercial sector. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and delivering customized HVAC maintenance solutions. The ideal candidate will be confident in prospecting, conducting site assessments, preparing proposals, and collaborating with technical teams to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
- Conduct cold calls and prospecting activities to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
- Attend industry events to network and promote company services.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client operations and delivering tailored HVAC maintenance solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services.
Sales Execution
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Market Awareness
- Stay current with HVAC industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights to internal teams to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC sales, specifically within the commercial sector.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance solutions.
- Proven success in sales and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background and drug screening.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
