We're seeking a Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) to lead design, manage projects, and mentor teams across full project lifecycles.
What You'll Do
- Lead HVAC/mechanical design and system calculations
- Manage projects from concept through construction
- Serve as a key client contact
- Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
- Oversee QA/QC and ensure high-quality delivery
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in MEP mechanical design
- PE license preferred
- Strong HVAC design and project management experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC tools (HAP, Trace, etc.)
- Experience on complex projects (mission critical, healthcare, labs, etc.)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
