HVAC Service Manager - New Jersey

The job description includes the following:
* Mechanical system knowledge-Provide design, problem solving and cost effective solutions for clients and potential clients.
* Gross Profit Redemption- Achieve planned gross profit through leadership and management of service staff.
* Pricing & Estimating- Estimate cost of proposals and apply company pricing standards to estimate.
* Field service labor management- manages all service operations and field labor and service support.
* Account Expansion- Understand the customer and their facilities. Able to translate that understanding into proposals and sales that enhance the customer's requirement. Promote new business and upgrading of existing agreements by instructing and directing staff to generate and report leads and sales opportunities.
* Time Management/Planning-Assure proper staffing, training, tools, systems and procedures are in place to allow staff to complete all work in a quality and cost effective manner.
* Customer Relations- Promptly address customer concerns and resolve with the intent of maintaining a long term relationship.
* Company Relations-Build and maintain positive rapport and working relationships with all West Jersey personnel to resolve problems, gain opportunities and maximize profit.
* Service Scheduling- Scheduling of manpower and coordination among projects and service calls.
* Documentation-Prepare complete, clear and concise reports, proposals, required company paperwork as required. Maintain support information relative to ongoing work.

Requirements: 5+ years service management experience or equivalent, good communication and administrative skills
