What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, aligning talent with project needs.
- Oversee technical quality and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget expectations.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across all phases of design, from concept through construction and post-occupancy.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through regular engagement and a commitment to service excellence.
- Drive innovation in electrical system design, specification, and testing.
- Manage project performance metrics including financials, utilization, and team development.
- Collaborate with regional and practice leaders to achieve business goals and expand market presence.
- Support business development efforts, including client planning and proposal strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (electrical emphasis).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in electrical design and project leadership.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
- Business development experience is a plus.
