Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our next‑generation energy and power‑related product portfolio. This role focuses on building strong end‑user awareness, defining product narratives and spearheading go‑to‑market activities. You'll work closely with product, sales and channel teams to ensure cohesive and impactful market execution as we scale our solutions across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing plans supporting new‑energy and power‑solution offerings.
- Drive end‑user engagement through targeted communication, education and activation initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, analyse industry trends and track competitive movements.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social and offline channels to strengthen brand presence and product adoption.
- Shape product messaging, positioning and value propositions for diverse customer segments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and aligned go‑to‑market execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise marketing activities to maximise ROI.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Energy, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, product marketing, channel marketing or growth‑related roles.
- Experience in engagement‑focused or end‑user‑centric marketing (B2C or prosumer) is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C commercial environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to translate technical product features into compelling value stories.
