We are currently partnered with a large mechanical contractor that specializes in HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems for commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, and healthcare projects. With a decade of steady growth and a strong regional presence throughout the Midwest, they are now strengthening their operations in Central Ohio. Their experienced teams are committed to delivering high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. With an extensive backlog of work projected over the next 4 years, they're looking to strengthen their team with the addition of experienced Project Managers to lead mission critical, infrastructure and healthcare construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical contracting projects-from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee project team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all project teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
