About the Role: Mobile Market Manager
This role offers a compelling combination of impact, autonomy, and financial upside. As the Mobile Market Manager, you will lead all revenue generation for mobile water treatment rentals, directly influencing business growth while collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and service teams. You will report to the Vice President of Sales and serve as the primary driver of mobile market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for mobile rental sales by generating leads and reviewing incoming leads from the capital sales team.
- Determine pricing structures for mobile rentals and assist with proposal development.
- Prepare and review pricing proposals for mobile rental projects.
- Achieve business sales goals and profitability targets for the mobile rental division.
- Assess market demand to guide utilization of mobile assets and influence decisions on future equipment builds.
- Define service requirements for mobile rentals and coordinate deployment to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Operate independently with strong ownership over sales activities, administrative tasks, and customer communication.
- Present clear value propositions to customers and articulate how solutions address operational needs.
- Protect profitability through proper pricing, contract management, and disciplined expense oversight.
