Project Architect

Job Title: Project Architect

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and documentation process for a variety of project types, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained throughout all project phases.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.
• Support construction administration, including site visits, RFIs, and submittal reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience.
• Licensure preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with sustainable design and LEED certification.
• Familiarity with project types such as commercial, residential, institutional.
• Experience in client-facing roles and business development is a plus.
