Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly resourceful Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure and energy projects in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to world-class standards, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and upholding the highest safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver complex infrastructure and energy projects from initiation to completion.
  • Budget & Timeline Management: Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams; provide clear updates and manage expectations.
  • HSE Compliance: Enforce world-class health, safety, and environmental standards across all project phases.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Negotiation & Coordination: Lead site negotiations, manage contractors, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Certification: PMP certification
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 8 years of project management experience in infrastructure or energy sectors.
    • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • High proficiency in Mandarin and English (bilingual).
    • Familiarity with international standards and compliance requirements.
