This pivotal role will involve leading a skilled technology and operations team dedicated to advancing hydrogen gas systems and related mechanical components. As a leader, you will be instrumental in industrialising production processes and ensuring compliance with critical quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technology and operations team focused on hydrogen gas systems, mechanical components, electrical/electronic aspects, and type IV hydrogen storage.
- Drive the industrialisation of the production process to enhance efficiency and output.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant quality standards including TSG, ISO 9001, and IATF.
- Promote continuous improvement across production, purchasing, and quality assurance departments.
Required Skills:
- Leadership: Capable of managing diverse teams to achieve technological advancements and meet production targets.
- Quality Compliance: Knowledge of TSG, ISO 9001, IATF standards, ensuring all processes meet these criteria.
- Innovation Management: Ability to drive changes and improvements in the production process for better performance and cost-efficiency.
