Regional Sales Manager (Filter)
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial or clean air solutions, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities across industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, food & beverage, and commercial buildings.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions to regional market needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and support local sales teams to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in industrial products, HVAC, filtration, or clean air technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional role.
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
