Regional Sales Manager

Overview
A leading provider of advanced water treatment and environmental solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive project-based sales growth across Asia and Oceania. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, proven project sales experience, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in both industrial and municipal sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales efforts for water treatment solutions, including membrane systems, filtration technologies, and turnkey projects.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across industrial and municipal segments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market penetration targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project specifications.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and project handover.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, EPCs, contractors, and end-users.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project sales within the water treatment or environmental technology sector.
  • Proven track record of closing complex sales deals and managing regional accounts.
  • Strong understanding of water treatment technologies and project life cycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Asia or Oceania as required.
