- Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and technical staff delivering complex land development, utility, stormwater, and infrastructure projects across New York City
- Oversee all phases of project execution - from design and production to quality assurance - ensuring that deliverables meet the highest standards
- Serve as a technical lead and strategic advisor, participating in business planning and working closely with executive leadership to align project delivery with company growth goals
- Drive business development efforts, cultivating strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities within both public and private sectors
- Represent the firm in client meetings, proposal presentations, and public forums
- Manage staffing plans, team development, and career progression to build a resilient and motivated civil engineering group
- Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, while fostering a positive and solution-oriented workplace
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- Active New York Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering, including leadership of multidisciplinary project teams
- Deep understanding of land development and urban infrastructure challenges specific to the New York City environment
- Proven ability to manage both technical and financial elements of complex projects
- Experience with public presentations, permitting processes, and client engagement in the NYC region
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
