My client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and expand its commercial and site land development practice. This role is ideal for someone with 10-15 years of experience who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is ready to build and manage a team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the commercial/site land development division, including project delivery, client relationships, and team growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to define strategy and structure for the new team.
- Work closely with clients, mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in land development, preferably with a mix of residential and commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- BSc Civil Engineering and PE Licensed in Texas
- Comfortable in a hands-on role with high visibility and impact.
