My client is seeking a versatile Project Manager to join their Dallas-based land development team within a well-established civil and environmental consulting firm. With nearly 30 years in business and offices across multiple states, the company is known for delivering complex projects in retail, commercial, industrial, aerospace, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver commercial land development projects from concept through construction
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Shape the role around your strengths - whether that's client-facing work or technical delivery
- Contribute to long-term growth and leadership succession planning
Ideal Candidate:
- 10-15 years of experience in land development
- BSc Civil Engineering
- PE License in Texas
- Comfortable in a hands-on role with high visibility and impact
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interested in growing into either a technical or business development path
