We're hiring a Senior Restoration Engineer to lead parking structure and building envelope restoration projects across the NYC metro area.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Restoration Engineer, you'll take ownership of restoration projects from concept to construction:
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams on restoration, repair, and new design of:
- Parking garages (restoration + new design)
- Building envelopes
- Plazas and structural waterproofing systems
- Perform forensic investigations, field assessments, and condition surveys
- Prepare technical reports, repair recommendations, and full drawing/spec packages
- Manage client relationships, budgets, and schedules across multiple active projects
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and actively contribute to team development

What You Bring:
- P.E. License (QPSI Preferred - PE License - NY State preferred, or ability to transfer quickly)
- 7+ years of experience in restoration engineering or structural design
- Strong experience with parking garage structures, façade/envelope systems, waterproofing
- Able to lead fieldwork, manage reports and drawings, and run project meetings independently
- Strong written and verbal communication for client interfacing and team coordination
