🔍 What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design of medium- and high-rise building structures using concrete, steel, masonry, and wood.
- Oversee construction administration, including RFI responses, submittal reviews, and site visits.
- Provide expert structural design input across projects and peer reviews.
- Manage full project lifecycles from proposal to construction completion.
- Collaborate with clients and design disciplines to meet project goals.
- Delegate and coordinate work with international engineering and drafting teams.
- Share knowledge across Florida offices and mentor junior engineers.
🎯 What We're Looking For
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. preferred), with a focus on structures.
- Florida P.E. license is preferred
- 5+ years' experience designing multi-storey buildings at structural consulting firms.
- Strong project and client management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ETABS, RISA, SAFE, STAAD, RAM SS, ADAPT, EnerCalc.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000
