A highly reputable Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) firm is seeking a Senior Forensic Engineer / Senior Project Manager to join its Diagnostics Group in the Georgia office. About the Role
The Senior Project Manager will lead the technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects, with a focus on restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and forensics-related work. This role also includes contributing to business development and the strategic growth of the Diagnostics Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals and assist with RFQ/RFP responses.
- Develop and delegate project tasks; organize and review project documentation.
- Conduct research on building codes and industry standards.
- Lead the preparation of assessment reports and repair/design documentation.
- Execute field investigations, including non-destructive testing (travel required).
- Prepare repair drawings, details, and construction specifications.
- Observe construction and installation of repairs/designs in the field.
- Review site visit reports and meeting minutes.
- Interact with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors.
Required Skills & Experience
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structures (preferred).
- 7+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated career growth.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE).
- Strong technical expertise in building structural systems.
- Experience in building restoration, parking rehabilitation, building enclosure issues, and forensic engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and structural design software (SAP2000, ETABS, RAM).
- Comfortable working at vertical heights and on suspended scaffolding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain a strong customer service focus.
- Proven ability to secure new clients and generate business.
