About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Technical Manager to provide pre-sales and post-sales support for our client's mounting structure solutions. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and technical excellence across our Australian operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers, installers, and sales teams regarding mounting system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Review and optimize mounting structure layouts and configurations.
- Support product testing, certification, and compliance with Australian standards.
- Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
- Conduct site visits and training sessions for partners and clients.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and competitor products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or engineering within the solar PV industry.
- Familiarity with mounting systems, structural analysis, and Australian building codes.
- Proficiency in CAD tools and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for site support and training.
