Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview:
As a Water Resource Project Engineer, you'll split your time between hands-on site work and technical design, actively contributing to both the early-stage modeling and construction phases of projects. This is a dynamic role where you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, using industry-leading tools to shape the future of water resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits, gather data, and provide hands-on support during various project phases.
- Develop and refine technical designs for water resource management projects using tools such as Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and AutoCAD.
- Perform hydraulic and hydrologic modeling and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the team to develop innovative solutions in line with project goals and sustainability targets.
- Ensure that all designs and project deliverables comply with relevant engineering standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase, ensuring project quality and timelines are maintained.
- Assist with preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience working in the water resources sector, particularly in hydraulic modeling, design, and construction.
- Proficiency with Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and AutoCAD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
