A leading heavy civil contractor is seeking a Project Manager II with 5-7 years of direct experience managing Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex infrastructure environments and is ready to take ownership of large-scale scopes from kickoff to closeout.
Key Project Types Include:
- Concrete Structures & Service Buildings
- Mechanical Piping Systems
- Clarifiers, Aeration & Digestion Tanks
- Dewatering & Storage Facilities
- Grit/Sand Chambers & Wet Wells
- Disinfection Systems (UV, Chlorine, Ozone)
- Pump Stations & Reservoirs
What You'll Do:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and change orders
- Coordinate subcontractors and field teams
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and inspectors
- Mentor junior PMs and engineers
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of civil construction PM experience
- Strong technical knowledge of WWTP scopes
- Proficiency in Procore, P6, Bluebeam, and related platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and financial skills
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
