Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead education-focused projects from concept through completion, ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for creating environments that inspire learning and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage K-12 and Higher Education projects from start to finish.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to deliver outstanding work.
  • Prepare proposals and lead client presentations.
  • Contribute to design development, production, and construction administration.
  • Occasional travel for project needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in project management.
  • California architectural license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Expertise in educational projects requiring DSA compliance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit and design visualization tools (SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Passion for sustainability and innovative design solutions.

Compensation

Anticipated salary range: $120,000-$155,000, based on experience.
