What You Will Do
We're seeking a civil engineer who enjoys technical design, client interaction, and hands‑on project involvement across a wide range of land development work. In this role, you will:
- Lead or support civil design for land development projects including subdivisions, mixed‑use sites, commercial pads, and industrial developments
- Prepare grading, utility, roadway, stormwater, and erosion control plans
- Coordinate with clients, local jurisdictions, and project team members
- Contribute to project budgeting, scheduling, and overall delivery
- Mentor junior engineers and support a team‑focused design environment
- Help maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain in Oregon
- 4-8 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land development
- Proficiency with Civil 3D
- Experience preparing site plans, grading plans, stormwater management design, and utility layouts
- Strong communication and coordination skills-comfortable interacting with clients and jurisdictions
- Self‑directed, collaborative mindset with a desire to grow professionally
