About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects in the Cleveland area. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety standards.
- Prepare and review project reports, change orders, and financial forecasts.
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and field staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or field experienece
- 2+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years experience in project management
- Proven track record managing projects over $5M in value.
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes, electrical systems, and construction best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
