A leading global consulting firm is seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial Senior Managing Director to join its Forensic, Litigation & Valuation practice. This role is focused on commercial disputes, including breach of contract, post-acquisition disagreements, business interruption, fraud, and other high-stakes litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex engagements involving forensic accounting, economic damages, and valuation in commercial litigation and arbitration.
- Serve as a testifying expert in high-profile disputes, providing clear, defensible analysis and opinions.
- Originate and manage client relationships, with an expectation to generate at least $1 million in annual revenue.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across financial, technical, and legal domains.
- Mentor and develop junior professionals within the practice.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, or valuation, with a strong track record in commercial disputes.
- Recognized expert with experience providing testimony in court or arbitration.
- Deep network within law firms, corporates, and financial institutions.
- Professional credentials such as CPA, CFA, ASA, CFE, or similar.
- Proven business development capabilities and a strategic mindset.
