What You'll Lead & Deliver
Technical Excellence
You will guide engineering packages, mentor project engineers, and direct high-level geostructural design efforts, including:
- Support of excavation (SOE) systems
- Complex temporary & permanent foundations
- Retaining structures & GRS systems
- Dams, levees, embankments & specialized geostructural components
Project & Practice Leadership
- Prepare scopes, proposals, procedures & budgets
- Manage full project lifecycle with profit & loss accountability
- Maintain quality control, technical integrity & project documentation
- Review forecasts, schedules, cost estimates & deliverables
Client & Market Engagement
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships
- Participate in professional networking & industry events
- Drive service expansion and cross-disciplinary collaboration
Team Building & Mentorship
- Build and develop a team of high-performing geostructural engineers
- Mentor emerging professionals and foster a culture of technical excellence
What You Must Bring
A strong senior-level engineering mindset with the ambition to lead, grow, and influence. This includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 8-10+ years of relevant experience
- Master's degree in Geotechnical or Structural Engineering (preferred)
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure or ability to obtain within a short timeframe
- Demonstrated experience leading geostructural or geotechnical projects from concept to completion
